Human impact on the Earth is rapidly affecting people and ecosystems. We understand and realize the importance of how responsible manufacturing policies and guidelines can help create a more clean and healthy future for our planet. We are constantly improving the degree of our impact by utilizing more environmentally friendly ingredients, creating more energy-efficient practices throughout the manufacturing process, and collaborating with carriers that implement the most current technologies for cargo transportation.
Our commitment to utilizing environmentally friendly ingredients in our products is reflected by our ability to consistently maintain an Oeko-Tex certification every year for our fabrics and artificial leather products. All PVC products are free of phthalate, azo colorants, formaldehyde, pentachlorophenol, cadmium, nickel, and many other harmful and banned substances. Our fabric articles hold a Class II STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification, and our PVC products hold a Class IV certification.
Textile goods are rapidly becoming one of the largest segments of industrial and consumer waste in landfills throughout the United States and many other regions of the world. Though recycling is one solution to combat this growing environmental epidemic, many upholstery oriented products can be especially difficult to breakdown due to their composition of various fibers, as well as the use of laminated and coated backings. Upcycling, or reusing these materials for new and unique purposes can sometimes be one the best alternatives to prevent additional textile waste from entering our landfills. Organizations and individuals that can reuse unneeded textile products are encouraged to contact us by phone or email for donation pickups.
